People are busy. Everyone needs a break eventually. From work, stress, obligations, negativity, and well… life. We aren’t just suggesting a coffee break. We want people to take a break to meditate (in a sense) and be more present and grateful. To mark Bob Marley’s 75th birthday we want people to pause and reflect on Bob Marley’s values of unity, peace and love and how they can carry them out in their own lives.
